What is your favourite product to suggest to patients?

My favourite product is unquestionably the Tiger Tail massage roller. It’s essentially a long handheld muscle massager that you can take anywhere! I love it because it is stiff and allows you to put as much or little pressure as you like. It’s great for treating muscle soreness, cramping, and to enhance blood flow. It’s something that I always try to have in my equipment bag!

What are you up to when you are not at work?

You can find me at the curling rink with my team (I've been playing since I was 9), out in the city finding cool restaurants and bars, or at home watching Netflix with my cats!

What do you love most about Beaumont Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic?

I love the fast-paced environment and how the team works together. Each member brings something to the table and I adore learning new things every day! Everyone has their own distinct personalities so it really keeps me on my toes. It makes me very happy to see clients improving and gaining strength back after an injury. You can definitely see the change in their mood and outlook when they realize the treatment is working!

Where is your favourite place to eat in Beaumont?

My favourite place to eat in Beaumont has always been Maina’s Donair. Since elementary school it has always been a great treat and the owners and workers are always so friendly! Donairs are undeniably a direct route to my heart.

Do you have a favourite place to travel?

In Canada I would have to say my favourite place is where we used to go camping as a family every summer when I was younger, Kimball Lake in Saskatchewan! It has such a beautiful beach and the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Outside of Canada, my favourite place is Nice, France. It has such beautiful architecture, so much culture from both Italy and France, and the Mediterranean Sea isn’t too shabby either!
