This recipe is too good to not share! Our awesome physiotherapist, Kristen Lis, has been spoiling us with her
delicious guacamole dip for years! There is literally a traffic jam in our lunch room and hands quickly grabbing chips for fear of missing out.
Try this healthy and delicious guacamole for yourself and you will see what we mean.
Kristen's Famous Guacamole
2 large ripe avocados, halved, seeded and mashed
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup finely minced red onion
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp each salt and ground cumin
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with your favorite chips.
